Hey everyone, just a quick disclaimer: what you'll read here is based on a video I've watched, which will be linked below, It is not drawn from my own personal experience. If I've said anything that might be misleading or incorrect, I truly apologize and appreciate your understanding! Thank you!

Our first assumption when we start to catch a cold or start to feel sick, is, “oh, the medicine that the doctor gave me will make my cold go away”. Without questioning, we consume substances that temporarily help us with our current sickness but can have a negative effect in the long run. We consume “medicine”, not knowing that all the medicine we need is within our reach, within us. By healing our inner self, we will accomplish our dreams of a healthy appearance leading to clearer vision and purpose for our lives and our higher self.

Stress

  Most diseases, illness, and sickness are caused by stress. Stress that builds up from our daily routine of waking up, going to work/school, coming back home, eating, sleeping, and repeat. Over and over and over again. Stress that builds up from worrying, overthinking, frustration, and well, stressing. Stress from lack of self love, “why do I look like this?” “why can’t I be like them?” “why am I so annoying?”. The list would go on but my point of listing this out is to show you how stress can be viewed and appear in any way. From small things like being anxious for a presentation, to physically being tired and drained from work. Either way, stress is the main cause for harm and pain, mentally, which would eventually appear physically.

Stress is caused when one is so engulfed in their own mind, thinking about every negative scenario that “could” happen, that they slowly forget what is reality.

Stress has been familiar to us since the day we were born, the day we were put in school, the day we graduate, the day we go to work, and expectedly for the rest of our lives.

STRESS = SICKNESS, DISEASE, ILLNESS

“The System”

  We have been living in a system provided for us since birth. A system working towards one goal, which is to imprison our mind, limiting us from all the possibility and power we hold within us. With the system that we do not know we are trapped in, we are not aware that we are slowly distancing ourselves and losing our understanding of our true self. This “system” has taught us to be “normal”. It has taught us to follow the footsteps of your elders or higher authorities, teacher, professor, parents, etc., never to question, but to only listen and follow. The “system”  has trained us to like the job we have selected for the rest of our lives, making us forget about our own purpose and goals. They have trained us so well, since the beginning of our time that we find it hard to disagree with them, for we no longer think for ourselves or have our own opinion, but only to agree with what the system has presented.

We are now too hypnotized by all the distractions placed in front of us, social media, work, school, beauty standards, money, etc., that we lose connection with the simple beauty of life, nature.

   Humans are connected to Mother Earth, so are all animals and plants. We are all connected to the center of life, which has been forgotten with all the distractions in life. We are often too “stressed”, we forget to go outside and reconnect with our source of energy. When disconnected from nature, we lose our sense of true self and gut instinct, leading us to be more confused and lost in finding ourselves and our purpose.

Generational Trauma

   Trauma is passed down by each generation before us. It is expected in each generation but whether we decide to heal it or live on with it, will be our choice.

All the trauma that your past ancestries had before you is now a part of you. Whether it's dealing with anger issues or attachment issues, a part of those trauma and issues will be a part of you. It is only up to yourself to stop the trauma and stop it from passing down to the next generation after us. Once we have overcome the damage within us, we not only healed a part of our inner self and past but we have also brought an end to the trauma, allowing the next generation to grow without past ancestral trauma.

Addiction and Attachments

   Addiction is often seen as a negative concept that one can have. A habit, attachment, distraction from reality and pain. Although that is completely true, addiction can also be a positive attachment.

   Addiction is just a concept, just like “life“. But to give it purpose and meaning, we would put emotions and perspective into it.

   For example, life is life, it is just there. But every single person that has lived, has had a different experience, different feeling, different people they have met. It is the same with addiction. Addiction is an attachment to a source for distraction and or obsession. If we are driven by our consciousness and we are aware of the things we consume and let ourselves be addicted to, we are creating a healthy relationship with the addiction. Bad addiction, on the other hand, is driven by unconscious pain, which leads to validation seeking, and distracting us from pain, which is all temporary, forming a toxic relationship with addiction.

   Majority of bad addictions and attachment are caused by bad upbringings, leading them to depend on negative sources like drugs, alcohol, gambling, sex, smoking, etc. If one is brought up in a good and healthy upbringing, they may perhaps be “addicted ” to things like reading, writing, or exercise.

   With all that has been said, the main point is that addiction is not a bad concept, only an idea. We are the main cause that creates the effect of negativity or positivity as an outcome.

Listen to Your Body

   Sometimes, sitting down, closing our eyes, breathing, and listening to our breath and body, is the simplest and most effective way to heal our body. Oftentimes, we find ourselves stressed, overwhelmed, too tired to move and or almost sick. Now of course, our first instinct (programmed into our brain) is to take medicine that will make us feel better. Although yes, it can manage to decrease your pain temporarily but we are unconsciously using toxic chemicals that do not align with our natural body, harming our bodies farther more.

   To heal the physical body, we must heal our inner self. All the pain, disease, sickness, etc., starts within our body. It slowly moves to our physical body, giving signs to the body that it needs to be taken care of. Once we have taken good care of our mind and mental state, we will start to see a shift of change in the way our physical appearance is viewed. We may start to feel and see ourselves more happy and light.

   When in pain, try looking within and heal from the inside out.

Sensitivity = Creativity

   Humans all have intuition (gut feeling). A feeling you feel when something isn’t sitting right in a situation. You know something is wrong but can't pin it down to what it is. You know something good is about to happen but you can not pin it down to what it is. Or sometimes you do know.

   Empaths are souls that feel things on a deeper level than a regular human would feel. Empaths, of course, have intuition but in a deeper and more sensitive way. They feel other emotions easily and can pick up on others' intentions without opening their mouths. There is, of course, a positive and negative side to that. An Empath is sensitive to feeling joy, comfort, love, etc., but it would also mean that they are easily influenced by trauma, pain, etc., which inspires creativity.

   Art, music, drawing, painting, writing, etc., are all inspired by Empaths with the creativity that comes from the experiences they feel so deeply for (past trauma or nostalgia).
